Based on a short story written by Alice Pafumi.

The design was informed by a literature review and qualitative data gathering to research what features impact character identification and mental imagery creation. Findings highlighted the role of sonic proxemics, subjective auditory perspective, verbal and non-verbal cues.
​
The combination of figurative and literal sound design allowed to conform to settings, character’s mental and physical status and to elicit specific emotions during the plot’s key points.
